Jane Pearce

Jane Pearce is the Managing Director at Vistra . She leads the corporate, fund administration and private client trust business on the Island. She was Group Director of Ogier Fiduciary Services with global responsibility for the Closed Ended Funds Administration business. She is trained with Ernst & Young and have been involved in the administration and accounting for complex investment structures for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Ogier, she was Head of Private Equity Administration for Kleinwort Benson in the Channel Islands. She also held positions with Gartmore and Deutsche Bank
