Jochen Gassner is the Executive Vice President of Customer Advocacy at Avira, which has the mission to protect people in the connected world. He globally drives customer centricity in the development of security and privacy products, and he makes sure that 100 million consumers and businesses get support whenever they need it. Previously, he held management positions in the customer care of Google’s subsidiary DailyDeal, VZ social networks, lastminute.com and Consorsbank.
