Paul Anglim

Paul’s background is in the life sciences, with a BSc in Biotechnology from NUI Galway, and a PhD in Molecular Biology from University of Southern California, where his work focused on biomarker discovery for early detection of cancer. With a preference for writing over experiments, he went on to work in medical communications in both academic and pharmaceutical settings, and also spent some time in consulting. Upon returning home, Paul joined BioInnovate Ireland, and has been involved with the programme since its inception. In addition to BioInnovate, Paul lectures in Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology and Biology at NUI Galway.
