Rafael dos Santos is a Brazilian-British multi-award winning entrepreneur and spokesman for migrant entrepreneurs worldwide. Rafael is the author of ‘Migrant Entrepreneurs, the benefits to Britain’ a report commissioned by the Institute of Directors and presentes at the Houses of Parliament to address the barriers migrants face when starting or growing a business.
