Rich Archbold is an Engineering Director at Intercom, a highly successful and fast growing Irish technology startup company that provides customer communication software to Internet businesses. Rich leads some of Intercom’s Ops, Infrastructure & Product engineering teams. His teams are responsible for the security, performance, availability, scalability and cost of Intercom’s infrastructure. Previous to Intercom Rich was a Senior Manager at Facebook and Amazon.
