I develop and oversee the corporate direction and strategy for Danske’s Institutional business across jurisdiction’s.
I have consistently delivered out performance and revenue growth through a variety of senior roles I have held. I have achieved this by building and re-engineering businesses into sustainable revenue lines underpinned by a high return on capital with solid funding bases. I develop competitive, long term strategies which are easy to implement and understand. This leads to higher success rates and repeat revenue streams.

Team and colleagues are vital to delivering results therefore success sharing and ownership are critical. Headcount discipline and re-development is essential in optimising client solutions whilst generating revenue and controlling cost. I influence and work well with key stakeholders such as product and operational heads in ensuring strategy and policy are aligned whilst proactively managing credit exposure and risk.

My primary focus is on client development and production key to which is solution delivery. Through restructuring the business I have delivered efficiency, and execution which has led to significant growth in the Institutional business and return on capital deployed.
